Country Manager
- The requirements:
- Strong Knowledge in Seeds.
- Strong Leadership, Managerial and Interpersonal Skills.
- Propose, Advise and decide on general management matters of the seeds sector.
- Provide overall direction of the seeds business in
- Development of a HR framework and HR Policies which support and enhance the organizational capacity
- Develop the image and reputation of the company, and its relationship with all areas of the business chain and its catalyst components
- Sound knowledge on
- Know the overall business operations for the Indonesia Market
