Senior General Affair Assistant
Principal Duties &
responsibilities:
Reporting to the Gas Plant Manager, the
Senior General Affairs Assistant is responsible for:
Managing General Affairs and Employee
Service function in OPF Coordinate non Operation functions
Internal & External Communication
Coordination Maintaining good corporate governance for
OPF organizations with respect to regional governmental obligations Managing respective people and
organization, EHS responsibility in the respective department , and relevant
administration services along with reporting and proper document archiving
Requirements:
Comprehensive understanding of relevant
government regulations, and ability to align between the requirements of
Government (BPMIGAS) in regards to Procurement, Finance & Accounting
Procedures and Regional Government Regulation with Company¢s standard; general
affairs and office service knowledge; general business administration and
filing system ability A degree in an Accounting/Finance,
Business & General Management/ Administrations is preferable, with minimum
of 5 years experience in either Finance/Accounting, Procurement, General
Administration and Office role preferably in a multinational oil and gas
company, with supervisory role experience Fluency in spoken and written English,
fluency and written Bahasa Indonesia, (optional) fluency in Javanese. Computer literacy: Word, Excel, internet,
e mail, Powerpoint, SAP (preferred)
