LOWONGAN KERJA RECEPTIONIST
Job responsibilities:
Tugas dan Pekerjaan
* Receiving incoming phone call and transferring to other
staffs that related to the phone call, and makes an outgoing phone call for
other staffs when needed.
* Receiving incoming letters and distribute them to the
related staffs.
* Welcoming visitors / guest.
* Giving some information about the company to the visitors /
guests / callers when they need it.
* Doing some administration jobs.
Job Requirements:
Kualifikasi lowongan kerja
* Female
* Age not more than 27 year old
* Have an educational background min. D1 from secretarial
academy or any related background
* Good in English, both written and oral
* Have a good communication skill and nice personality
